Depends on when you choose to cancel the appointment. If you cancel on short notice, your card will be charged, and the appointment fees will be deducted. If you choose to reschedule or cancel before 48 hours or more we will assist you and credit the amount to your Tadamun Clinics account.

In the event a doctor doesn’t show up to your booked appointment we will try to reschedule a new appointment for you or credit your Tadamun Clinics account with the same amount.

Patients have the option to upload medical tests results and any relevant documents ahead of the appointment. You can also ask the patient to add the documents while conducting the appointment.

Should anything urgent suddenly come up, we will gladly assist you to reschedule the appointment to a more suitable timing. However, if you miss three appointments within one week. The platform will not allow booking of new appointments until our team communicates with you.
